R&D & Design Department
At SYNTHATCH, research and development starts from material engineering. We work with polymer systems such as HDPE, PA, and ASA, refining formulations to balance durability, flexibility, fire resistance, and long-term outdoor performance across different environments.
Beyond materials, our design team focuses on structure and visual authenticity. From product geometry to surface textures, each detail is developed, tested, and validated to ensure consistent performance and a natural appearance in real-world applications.
Manufacturing Capacity
SYNTHATCH operates a fully integrated manufacturing system for synthetic thatch products, with an annual output of approximately 4,000 tons. Our production includes extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, and hot-pressing processes, supported by automated lines to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
For artificial bamboo products, we produce around 500,000 meters annually, combining injection molding with automated weaving systems. This allows us to maintain stable production capacity while delivering uniform quality across large-scale projects.
Quality Control
Every order at SYNTHATCH undergoes systematic quality control, including random inspections before production, during processing, and after completion. This ensures that each batch meets our standards for appearance, performance, and consistency.
In addition, we work with internationally recognized testing organizations to conduct regular product evaluations. Certified reports validate key properties such as fire resistance, UV stability, and durability, providing reliable assurance for long-term project performance.
